Happy Holidays & a Prosperous New Year 2013
Another year with lots of events, lots of co-incidences, lots of initiatives, lots of challenges, lots of hope, lots of support, lots of DIYs, lots of encouragement, lots of courage and lots of twists & turns. Life never happens as we plan it around, so does life in a start-up. We planned a lot when we started out, but the path we are finally taking is not the one on plan, but a more improvised one. Every time we change our path, a left here, a right there, it is not easy. But we feel that during the journey, sometimes you know your path needs change. We believe in focusing our efforts on walking the path instead of worrying about the changes. We would better off without worries and we might reach our destiny much quicker.
We are daily faced with niceties from everyone around us. We also face our worst fears in some days. I believe anyone in a start-up might understand that feeling. When you are part of something big, you cannot easily gauge the progress. As time runs, the tangible progress is not easier to measure, but only gets harder. When the various things you have been developing and piecing together converges at a moment of time, there will be an explosive progress. Software development is not a linear process, so does the progress in a start-up.
At the end of it, when everything comes together and converges, it provides you with the satisfaction that can never be measured. All start-ups are babies, gestated to an extent and then released into the wild. The baby might still need to grow to attain maturity, but those who know the baby know the potential and embrace it affectionately.
We know our gestation is causing lot of anxieties to everyone involved closely with us. We are so thankful to each and everyone of them for their support and eagerness. We believe the coming year is going to be a great year for us. This year has brought forth with us a wonderful initiative, lots of ideas and will to continue working. We believe all our hard work will bear fruit and we hope that by next year we will have our new born baby.
Happy Holidays everyone!
A very Merry X-Mas & a very Prosperous New Year 2013!
